Policies and Terms
Welcome to our Paint Party! We're thrilled to have you join us for a fun-filled artistic experience. Before diving into the paint and brushes, please take a moment to review our policy and terms outlined below:
1. Age Requirement:

Our Paint Party is suitable for children aged 5 and above. Children outside of this age range may not participate due to safety and developmental considerations.
2. Supervision:

Our parties are designed specifically for parents who wish to have a drop off party for kids, the maximum number of adults (non participating party guests and host included) who can stay at the event is 10.

Our staff will set up, facilitate, coordinate the activities during the party time and clean up after.

If your party is a complete drop-off party, parents of each child-guest must complete an individual attendee registration form and must sign-in/sign-out at the entrance while dropping off and picking up.
3. Health and Safety:

All participants must be in good health and free from any illness or contagious condition that could potentially spread to others.

Please notify our staff of any allergies or sensitivities your child may have to certain materials, so we can accommodate accordingly.

We only use non-toxic acrylic paints but require safe handling. Ingesting any paint is unsafe.
4. Behavior Expectations:

We expect all participants to respect each other, our staff, and the art supplies provided.

Roughhousing, running, or any behavior that may endanger others or disrupt the activity is not permitted.

Any child displaying disruptive behavior may be asked to leave the activity at the discretion of our staff.
5. Cleanliness and Tidiness:

Aprons or smocks will be provided to protect clothing, but please dress in appropriate attire for painting. Acrylic paints can leave stubborn stains on clothing.
6. Liability Waiver:

By participating in our Kids Paint Party, parents or guardians acknowledge and accept that some mess may occur during the creative process.

Our staff will take reasonable precautions to minimize mess and ensure safety, but we are not liable for any damage to clothing, personal belongings, or injuries sustained during the event.
7. Photography and Social Media:

We may take photographs or videos during the event for promotional purposes or to share on social media.

If you prefer that your child not be photographed or featured in any promotional material, please inform our staff prior to the event.

The host may take pictures of your event with your own camera/phone, no add-on or additional photography is offered in the package for your event.
8. Registration and Cancellation:
-
Reservation and payment must be made at least two weeks prior to the event date. At least 30 days advance booking is ideal.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event date will be provided with a full refund or will be able to reschedule to a future date for no additional charges. The future date must be within three months of the originally booked date.

Cancellations provided at least two weeks prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund or partial credit towards a future event (within three months of the originally booked date), at our discretion. No refunds thereafter.
9. Arrival Time:

Please ensure to arrive on time. Parties will not be extended beyond the scheduled end time, as there may be back-to-back parties being hosted. Our staff will need the transition time to set up for the next party.

You are welcome to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the event start time. Please be advised that our staff will be using this time to set up your party.
10. End Time:

Your party will end promptly at the scheduled end time. Parties will not be extended beyond the scheduled end time, as there may be back-to-back parties being hosted. Our staff will need the transition time to set up for the next party.

The host and the guests must clear the area within 15 minutes of the party end time, or an additional fee of $5 per minute will be charged. Host is responsible to ensure all your party guests have been picked up and left the premises on time as children may not be left unsupervised.
11. Painting Surface and Themes:

Your packages include one 11 x 14 canvas for each participant. Additional surface may require additional payment.

Theme selections must be made from theme choices provided at least 2 weeks prior to your event, so all your guests can have the required materials on the event day.
12. Party Decorations:

No external party decorations are allowed.

Our centers offer a simple and neutral party decoration for your event and is included in your package.

We play music during the party, and are kid friendly/family friendly music only. No special music requests to be played will be accepted.
13. Food & Beverages:

No food or beverages are provided/included in your party package. Your event allows for 30 minutes of celebration time for food, cake cutting, etc included within the 2 hours. The painting activity lasts for about 1.5 hours and the last 30 minutes for celebrations.

Host must bring in food from outside for their party. We will provide all the paperware.
Allowed external food includes:

Pizza - your choice

Boxed juice (individual carton)

Chips (individually packed only)
-
Cake for cake cutting (NO ICE CREAM CAKES)

Cup cakes.

Water
No other food allowed. All food items must be NUT FREE.
Our staff will help set up and serve the food for the participants.
14. Compliance with Venue Rules:

Participants and accompanying adults must adhere to any rules or regulations set forth while hosting the Paint Party.

All attendees/participants must sign a separate Liability Waiver before attending the event.
